What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is an opportunity to research, experiment, and review important life choices, decisions and pathways with a skilled, empathetic professional. What calls you? What motivates you? What are your sticky places? Most importantly, when do you feel most alive, aligned and in right action? I’m willing to meet you right where you are, also to challenge you, and hold you accountable, if you wish. I’ll guide you to see and embody different perspectives, to get out of habitual loops. All of the work done together is to forward and deepen your life experience. I am trauma informed, and include this awareness in my offerings.
A session begins with a topic of your choice, and may include talking, moving, role-playing, visualization, and silent introspection. You may have homework to do in between sessions. A session could happen over the phone, in person or via Zoom. Coaching is often most effective when you are ready to commit to a body of work- typically 3 to 6 months, 2-4 times per month. Other options are possible too.
It is not often that we have the opportunity to focus on ourselves, and the pieces of our lives that really matter. These pieces are a backdrop for how we may live full, meaningful, connected and happy lives. Shift doesn’t happen easily, and life coaching is a venue to support lasting transformation.
